  Called Avis at OOL airport as I'd been in a car accident and had the duty manager, Julian answer the phone and reassure me he'd have me a car ready when I got there from robina. Made the trek down and the vehicle was waiting for me when I got there. Clean. Well maintained. Ready to go. Very professional outfit all the way through the process. Simple return in their Car return bays with the fellas giving receipts in the car park! Highly professional and proficient outfit! 4 thumbs way up. Management should be proud of how Julian, Carl and Patrick all handled themselves in a stellar and professional manner. (I keep track of who I talk to as it was an insurance claim). Thanks again guys! Next time I need a vehicle or anyone I know does. I'll send them to see the team at the OOL Avis airport location!

  Agree with other reviewer on here, charged my credit card incorrectly, I cannot get a invoice emailed to me for the charge they incorrectly applied to my account when they say they will email it, Duty manager there is never available when I do get through, or phone rings and rings when you hit option 2 and you then you get dis-connected. They also treat you like an annoyance that you dare try to get your money back. Really shabby company.

  Slow and disorganised branch. There is no orderly queue at the desk during peak time and long delay even with prebooked vehicles.

  Have tried to call them every day for about a week to ask why they have charged me for a service I did not use. Nobody answers (the line just hangs up on you) and head office just tell you to call them directly. Very frustrated - go with another company!
